I am on-effing-board with this whole Western trend that's going around! When I think of "Western" I think leather, tan suede, vintage tees, non-polished silver jewelry, and bandanas (which is basically what this look consists of). I paired a basic mens graphic tee from Harley that I just recently got with your basic pair of white jeans and...oh yes...my Vans. Shoutout to Peterson's Harley Davidson for this dope ass t-shirt. I bought it in a medium and the oversized fit is perfecto.
So, my neck-cessories (that sounds sexual). I was recently inspired by the effortless and chic Chriselle Lim who posted a video (see below) about the choker trend. I borrowed a red bandana from my good friend Yashmula aka The Hip Nip and tied it loosely around my neck. I also wrapped this leather cord that I bought yeeearsss ago (like 8 years, people) at some Native American festival up north and I can't believe I'm finally wearing it. Don't mind the ratchet earring holding the two ends together, it was so stiff I couldn't tie a not, but now I wear that thing all around my body; around my waist, around my wrist, and tied multiple ways around my neck. I LOVE IT!
As for my bag, I paired le Cockroach because it matched both in theme and color. Double whammy.
I hope you guys found some inspiration in this look, and don't be afraid to try out a style you aren't comfortable with!
