Hi guys! The semester is finally over!!!!!! I'm so happy, this was probably the hardest semester I've even done. Along with doing good in school and trying to keep up with my blog, my friends and I are trying to start a business; keeping a balance this semester was truly a struggle. It taught me a lot, though! All i know is that if you REALLY wanna do something, it's possible. Time Management is key ;) ANYWAYS, All that's left is anxiety for grades to come out, and then the Holidays!
In between studying for midterms, I teamed up with a local photographer who's based in Ft. Lauderdale! Her name is Kaleena (check out her instagram here!) She is the sweetest person ever, and I was so thrilled to work with someone who is pursuing their passion! This is the first time I've ever worked with a photographer, and I was so effing nervous it was insane. Luckily, as soon as I met up with Kaleena, we instantly hit it off and she made me feel so comfortable! Check out all the pictures she edited on her website, here!
We decided to go for a retro vibe in the modern and artistic Design District in Miami. I knew instantly that I wanted to wear my new chelsea boots from Zara (similar here) that I treated myself to for my birthday ;) and I paired those with my moto-zip jeans (similar here). I have this vintage, lace-up, oversized sweater that I wear ALL THE TIME, and I wanted to add a little more texture, so I threw on a velvet mock neck top underneath! To top everything off, this gem of a belt that my friends and I curated for our brand, LYNK Studios, ties this entire outfit together, and I love it! For extra spunk, I threw on a single dangly earring. ;)
Happy Holidays, Everyone!
